El Doom & The Born Electric (6/10)
Start 19:50 / End 20:30
El Doom opened the Scandinavian music evening at C-Club. Coming from Norway but dressing like if coming from El Paso, Texas, the members played their Hard Rock with Stoner influences without any impressive result. It seemed that many songs didn´t work live in the proper way. Who saved the show was the singer, a born showman, who made the performance funny and not boring. Big margins of improvements for this band.

Truckfighters (8/10)
Start 20:50 / End 21:25
With the Truckfighters the situation started to be serious: the trio from Sweden offered us pure Stoner Rock, which made the complete audience go crazy. The songs were amazing, the energy spread non-stop from stage, and all the people seemed fully kidnapped by the sound. The only pity was an annoying noise coming from somewhere undefined during the exhibition. The band is something that must be seen live, if you have the possibility. Looking forward to seeing Truckfighters again live soon, but as headliners.

Kvelertak (8/10)
Start 21:55 / End 23:00
Kvelertak is a young band coming from Norway, who plays a combination of Hardcore-Punk and Black Metal, all centrifuged with pure Rock’n’Roll. And yes, the result makes sense. Fuck the fact Kvelertak sing in Norwegian, you can’t stop headbanging, while you become aware of being a witness of a pure, fucking, energetic show! They are six on stage, but they give the impression of being almost 50, continuously  jumping everywhere. Kvelertak seemed to have fun playing the show, and the sold-out venue returned this enthusiasm during the entire concert, with continuous moshing and crowd-surfing. The songs acquire more speed and cruelty in their live versions, and also the “catchy” choruses appeared not so catchy. Nice opening with the singer wearing a giant owl on his head. Kvelertak has just now released its second album, gaining big acclamation: no one thanks that this success isn’t full deserved.
