Martina Edoff (6/10)
Start 20:10 – End 20:50
Martina Edoff is a Scandinavian artist with a past in the Glam Metal band The Poodles and now active as solo artist. She released her latest album “Unity” last September and now had the chance to reach a wider audience ,opening the evening for The Winery Dogs. Accompanied on stage by a band of experienced and skilled musicians, Martina offered an enjoyable set of melodic Hard Rock and 80s-style Heavy Metal, able to involve and entertain the audience with a well-made mix of Rock ballads and up-tempo songs. Despite the derivative sound, the charming Martina, thanks to her powerful voice and an interesting songwriting, could still hold great surprises in future.

The Winery Dogs (9/10)
Start 21:35 – End 23:05
The Winery Dogs is an American supergroup, born as a project, composed by Mike Portnoy, Billy Sheehan and Richie Kotzen, all of them already well-known from their previous bands: Mike mainly to be the former drummer of Dream Theater, Billy and Mike to have played for Mr. Big and many others like Poison, Steve Vai and David Lee Roth. Despite of the raining evening, the Berlin fans haven’t been scared and many of them stood in front of the Bi Nuu, long before the doors opening.
The trio is now touring in Europe for the promotion of its sophomore new album “Hot Streak”, out last October. Who have already seen the band members in their previous bands, known very well what they should expect from them, and in the end the show matched fully the high expectations! The band created an energetic atmosphere, without sparing itself on the stage and exchanged back by the audience that supported the band without rest for the whole show in the fully packed and most probably sold-out venue Bi Nuu.
The trio confirmed that works fine also in the live version, giving proof of that chemistry which acts among them. It’s really hard to choose someone to pick up as best one of the evening: Richie impressed with his riffs and guitar solos, with his performance at the piano and his warm voice that reminded often to Chris Cornell; Mike appeared in great form, showing all his skills on drums, and Billy left most of the audience with opened mouth with his way of playing the bass guitar, especially on his 5 min solos! Even if the price could appear a bit not suitable for every pocket, the show was worth every cent in the end and The Winery Dogs a band that deserves all the good words received till now.
